Electrical Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Our client is a leading design-build and EPC contractor delivering complex data centre and mission-critical projects across the US. They are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction packages from pre-construction through project handover.

Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical scopes through the full project lifecycle.
Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution activities.
Oversee contracts, change orders, risk management, and project controls.
Maintain client, subcontractor, and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout.

Requirements

5-10+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
Background in data centres, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial projects.
Experience managing budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management.
Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Working knowledge of Procore and Sage.
Experience within EPC, Design-Build, or General Contractor environments.
Strong client-facing leadership and communication skills.

Desirable

Data centre construction experience.
GMP, Lump Sum, and Reimbursable contract experience.
Constructability, commissioning, or start-up experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Ability to travel within the US.
