The Opportunity This Project Manager position will place you at the centre of complex data center project delivery, coordinating design, construction, commissioning, and operational teams to ensure successful outcomes across every phase of the project lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead data center construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.

- Drive project performance against schedule, cost, quality, and safety objectives.
- Lead client communications and provide regular project updates.
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Support procurement activities and construction site operations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve project challenges.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
- Ensure projects comply with all safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Support project handover and operational readiness activities.
What You Will Need
- Project management experience within data center, mission-critical, construction, or infrastructure environments.
- Strong understanding of project delivery and project management principles.
- Knowledge of MEP systems and critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, and project reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within fast-paced project environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
Highly Desirable
- Data center project experience.
- Mission-critical construction experience.
- Understanding of commissioning and turnover processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and project reporting tools.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across complex projects.
