The Opportunity This Senior Project Manager role will see you acting as the Owner’s Representative across multiple concurrent data center projects, providing leadership and oversight from construction through commissioning and handover. You will be responsible for ensuring projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and operational objectives while maintaining alignment between field teams and client expectations.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work closely with engineering teams, general contractors, commissioning specialists, and executive stakeholders to drive successful project delivery across large-scale mission-critical developments.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the delivery of multiple data center construction projects as the Owner’s Representative.
• Provide oversight across ground-up, brownfield, fit-out, and infrastructure upgrade projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
• Drive project performance across schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with delivery milestones.
• Manage change control processes and mitigate commercial and delivery risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, construction, commissioning, controls, networking, and security.
• Oversee engineering consultants and general contractors throughout all project phases.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on project status, schedule, risks, constraints, and performance.
• Support commissioning and integrated systems testing activities.
• Provide constructability input on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Mentor project team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 6+ years of project management experience within construction or mission-critical environments.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret design and construction documentation.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working within fast-paced project delivery environments.

Highly Desirable

• Data center construction experience.
• Owner’s Representative experience.
• Mission-critical, hyperscale, or critical infrastructure project experience.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Construction management, project controls, and commissioning knowledge.
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and related project management platforms.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
