Senior Project Manager – Data Center Delivery

A leading international contractor is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major data center project in Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship data center build from mobilization through commissioning and handover while working on one of the region’s most significant mission-critical developments.THE ROLEAs the senior leader on site, you will oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale data center project, ensuring performance across program, cost, quality, safety, commercial management, and client satisfaction. You will play a critical role in coordinating complex MEP activities and driving project outcomes on a fast-paced mission-critical development.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Lead full project delivery from mobilization through commissioning and final handover
• Manage construction, engineering, commercial, planning, and site delivery teams
• Coordinate complex MEP interfaces critical to data center delivery
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, performance, and compliance
• Manage project risks and protect critical path milestones
• Lead client, consultant, and stakeholder meetings
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project governance requirements
• Direct testing, commissioning, and handover activities to mission-critical standards
• Drive exceptional HSE and quality performance
• Provide accurate reporting to senior leadership teams

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Proven experience with a main contractor delivering data center or mission-critical projects
• Track record on large-scale hyperscale or colocation data center developments
• Strong MEP coordination and commissioning experience
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary site teams
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Previous Saudi Arabia or wider GCC project experience preferred
• Ability to manage demanding client environments and strict operational requirements
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• PMP, CIOB, or equivalent professional qualifications advantageous
• Working knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferred
