Senior Project Manager CSA & MEP
Anonymous Job Advert I’m recruiting for a leading construction organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial and industrial construction projects across the US. This is a fully travelling role offering the opportunity to oversee both CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) and MEP scopes on complex, high-value projects.
The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing large-scale CSA and MEP construction projects
- Leading Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and site teams
- Driving project performance, financial results and client satisfaction
- Managing subcontractors, contracts and stakeholder relationships
- Supporting bids, proposals and pre-construction activities
- Identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies
- Overseeing scheduling, reporting, quality control and project closeout
- Developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline
- 10+ years of project management experience within commercial or industrial construction
- Experience managing both CSA and MEP project scopes
- Strong knowledge of contracts, project controls and construction operations
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project or similar planning software
- Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the US
