MEP Senior Project Manager Construction – Data Center
I’m recruiting for a leading construction organisation seeking an experienced MEP Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the US.
This is a fully travelling position, offering the opportunity to manage complex projects, lead high-performing teams, and play a key role in business growth.
The Role As an MEP Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and site teams
- Deliver multiple commercial and industrial construction projects
- Manage client, subcontractor, and stakeholder relationships
- Support bid pursuits, pre-construction activities, and business development
- Oversee project financials, scheduling, quality, and risk management
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Strong MEP project management experience
- 10+ years managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the US
