H&S/CDM Advisor

As an integral part of our client’s operations based out of bustling London, your focus will be pivotal towards maintaining high standards and advising on best practices concerning Health & Safety (H&S) across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as principal advisor regarding Construction Design Management (CDM) 2015 Regulations.

• Conduct site audits, enforce policies, and compile reports that contribute toward continuous improvement.

• Develop risk assessment strategies tailored to project-specific needs while promoting awareness around potential hazards at work sites.

Essential Skills Required

• Risk Assessment: Evaluate situations effectively by identifying risks involved; this includes understanding how different scenarios may impact overall project delivery from a safety perspective.

• Policy Enforcement: Ensure adherence among staff members when it comes to enforcing established rules/regulations pertaining to both company-wide protocols and external legislative requirements.

• Reporting Proficiency: Compile comprehensive data into readable formats which can easily communicate findings related to occupational well-being measures taken.
