Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Provide clear, data-driven insights to support future planning.

• Improve efficiency in financial processes and reporting.

• Support business growth by evolving financial systems.

• Lead and mentor finance team members to empower their development.

• Drive financial efficiencies across operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in growing businesses.

• Knowledge of group account management and intercompany transactions.

• Ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

• Proven track record of stability and commitment in previous roles.

• Strong knowledge of UK financial regulations and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in financial software, including Xero, QuickBooks, and MS Office suite.
