Junior BIM Technician

A well-established building services consultancy has an immediate requirement for a Junior BIM Technician for their Kent office

You will be responsible for delivering data-rich 3D models & 2D engineering drawings produced using Autodesk Revit.

You will be working on a varied portfolio of projects that span a cross-section of sectors with specific local focuses on Healthcare, Schools, Higher Education, Commercial, Residential and Leisure.

You will be setting up MEP project models, views, sheets, tags, and manage model health and coordinating services using clash reports and resolve issues in a multi-disciplinary environment.

You will be reviewing and integrating external models, producing change review documentation as required.

You will need to apply automation tools such as Dynamo and RF Tools in project workflows and support project team use of CDE systems (inc. BIM 360 / ACC) and understand change/information management processes
