A leading Data Center provider known for delivering exceptional projects across Data Center and Mission Critical Environments are expanding. With a focus on quality, safety, and innovation, they are dedicated to exceeding client expectations and creating lasting relationships built on trust and integrity. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, they are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team.

Main Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.

Key Requirements

• Experience with Division 2-10 (concrete through finish trade)
• Well-rounded experience within M&E and General Construction
• Confident and experienced prior scheduling responsibilities is a must
• Provide direction to and resolve problems amongst subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to identify deficient work and provide resolution.
• Blueprint reading.
• Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.
• Monitoring jobsite general health and safety.
