Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on detailed design projects to enhance sustainability.

• Assist clients in implementing energy-efficient solutions.

• Conduct SAP Assessments, EPC production, and SBEM Part L Assessments.

• Perform PSI Value Calculations and Overheating Training.

• Liaise with external consultants and colleagues across the practice.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental, Mechanical (Building Services) Engineering, or a related field.

• Understanding of sustainability standards and regulations.

• Experience with On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor (OCDEA) and Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (preferential).

• BREEAM literate (preferential but not essential).

• Excellent written communication skills for report production.

• Ability to manage diverse workloads and challenges.
