About the Role: As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, managing property portfolios, projects, and transactions. Your responsibilities will include providing expert advice on design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment for commercial, education, residential, leisure, and health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building and measured surveys

• Ensure compliance with the latest building regulations and technical standards

• Prepare specifications, obtain estimates, and plan maintenance programs

• Analyze and report on building defects

• Handle claims and negotiations with loss adjusters

• Prepare schedules of dilapidations

Requirements:

• MRICS Chartered status

• Proven experience in a similar role
