Are you a dynamic and driven professional looking to make a significant impact in the UK Infrastructure and Construction Market? We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and help establish our brand across these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain regular dialogue with new and existing customers.

Identify, assess, and cultivate new client leads/opportunities in line with our business strategy.

Maintain and update the Pipeline database for future work opportunities.

Support the Pre-Construction Director and Sector Directors in preparing future business strategies.

Chair sector pipeline meetings and prepare suitable minutes/actions.
-
Maintain industry/competitor intelligence and attend relevant meetings.
-
Prepare initial Bid Strategy documents and opportunity selection matrices.
-
Support the preparation of Expression of Interest/Pre-qualification questionnaires.

Attend tender kick-off meetings and provide early-stage bid strategy insights.

Conduct client satisfaction surveys and feedback details to Sector and Project Managers.
Candidate Requirements:

Sound knowledge of the UK construction market.

Knowledge of relevant procurement legislation.

Strong presentation and client communication skills.

Experience in multiple sectors within the civil infrastructure industry.
