Job Title: Sales Representative – Business Development

Location: Midwest – IL, IN, WI, MI

Pay: $150,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

The Role:

We’re looking for a high-energy, self-starting Business Developer in the Midwest with HVAC sales experience. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands the Data Center ecosystem, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings both industry connections and proven B2B success to the table.

 

Duties:

  • Drive strategic growth across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan

  • Identify and close new business opportunities in the Data Center sector

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

  • Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing Business Development team

  • Collaborate directly with leadership to align sales strategy and execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative, value-driven approach

 

Essentials:

  • Proven B2B sales success in Data Center, HVAC, or critical infrastructure industries

  • Strong professional network and regional knowledge throughout the Midwest

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you know how to hustle and drive results

  • Experience building and leading sales teams is a strong advantage
