Job Title: Sales Representative – Business Development
Location: Midwest – IL, IN, WI, MI
Pay: $150,000 (Negotiable based on experience)

The Role:
We’re looking for a high-energy, self-starting Business Developer in the Midwest with HVAC sales experience. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who understands the Data Center ecosystem, thrives in dynamic environments, and brings both industry connections and proven B2B success to the table.
Duties:

Drive strategic growth across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Michigan

Identify and close new business opportunities in the Data Center sector

Build and sustain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders

Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

Hire, mentor, and grow a high-performing Business Development team

Collaborate directly with leadership to align sales strategy and execution

Manage the full sales cycle with a consultative, value-driven approach

Proven B2B sales success in Data Center, HVAC, or critical infrastructure industries

Strong professional network and regional knowledge throughout the Midwest
