Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Create and execute strategic business development plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

• Proposal Management: Support the Tender & Bid Team in preparing successful submissions and presentations.

• Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM systems to manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of business development or sales experience in the hard facilities management sector.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive.

• In-depth understanding of the UK facilities management market, especially hard services like HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
