YOUR NEW ROLE

As Technical Director – Data Centre Key Account Delivery Lead, you will be the strategic and operational spearhead for a flagship client relationship, delivering complex data centre projects across Europe – from Hyperscale and Colocation to Enterprise-level facilities.

Leading from the front, you will:

• Oversee technical, commercial, and delivery excellence across all project stages.

• Chair strategic meetings, direct multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure seamless collaboration across geographies.

• Drive governance, profitability, and risk management at the highest level.

• Serve as the ultimate escalation point for both client and internal stakeholders.

• Shape the future direction of the business’s data centre capability, influencing best practice and design innovation.

YOUR PROFILE

You will be a Chartered Engineer (or equivalent) with:

• A proven background in Data Centre design and delivery, ideally from a building services engineering / MEP discipline.

• Senior leadership experience on large, multi-disciplinary projects (AEC, MEP, Civil/Structural).

• The gravitas to manage director-level client relationships.

• Commercial acumen and hands-on experience with governance, risk, and profitability.

• Willingness to travel across UK&I and Europe.

• Technical expertise should include:

• In-depth understanding of building systems, regulations, and construction types.

• Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, and collaborative digital tools.

• Knowledge of design workflows in fast-paced environments.
