Job Title: Senior/Principal/Associate Energy Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £50,000-£75,000 per annum +Bonus+ Benefits
Are you ready to join a leading international, independent real estate consultancy with a unique approach? We are experiencing exponential growth and are developing a new service line. We are currently seeking an Energy Engineer to join our Operational Engineering team in our newly fitted London office, opposite St Paul’s. We will consider people at Senior, Principal and Associate level.
About the Role:
As a Senior – Associate Energy Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our Building Optimisation service, working closely with our FM Consultancy engineers. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting in-depth energy audits and building performance assessments (HVAC, lighting, controls, BMS, etc.).

Analyzing building data to identify energy-saving opportunities and optimization strategies.

Developing and implementing energy conservation measures (ECMs) using modeling tools and real-time data.

Advising clients on retrofit opportunities, low-carbon technologies, and control strategies to improve building performance.

Supporting the commissioning, re-commissioning, and tuning of building systems to ensure optimal operation.

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Your Profile:

Experience: Relevant engineering degree or equivalent education/practical experience in building optimization, energy consulting, or building performance engineering.

Skills: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS operations/control, building physics, and low-carbon technologies.

Communication: Excellent report writing and client-facing communication skills.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office packages; knowledge of MS Projects, IES, MBS is advantageous.
