The Role:

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will lead the Civil Engineering team, oversee multiple projects, and ensure high-quality, profitable delivery. You will inspire and motivate your team, contribute to company strategy, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the civil engineering team.

• Provide technical leadership on complex projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Chartered Engineer (MICE) with a minimum of 5 years post-chartered experience.

• Highly developed technical competency in building structures.

• Strong project management skills and experience with high-profile architects.

• Proven team management experience.
