Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for managing project documentation? We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller / Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. 

This role is pivotal in ensuring that all project-related documentation is accurately recorded, maintained, and readily accessible, facilitating seamless communication among project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Control and manage company and project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational, security, and regulatory standards.

  • Project Coordination: Support project managers in coordinating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to formal requirements.

  • Administrative Support: Assist with project administration, including budget management and report production for senior managers.

  • Version Control: Manage version control of all project documents, ensuring the latest versions are used and historical versions are archived appropriately.

  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication by sorting, storing, and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents, including contracts, drawings, specifications, reports, and communications.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
