We’re a leading engineering consultancy delivering intelligent, sustainable design solutions across the built environment. From hospitals and universities to commercial and residential developments, our work has real-world impact — and now, we’re expanding our Cardiff and Bristol teams.

We’re hiring for both a BIM Technician and a Senior BIM Technician — ideal for those who are passionate about digital design and ready to work on some of the UK’s most exciting projects.

What you’ll be doing

Depending on your experience level, you’ll contribute to or lead on the delivery of detailed, data-rich Revit MEP models and coordinated 2D outputs. You’ll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to technical excellence and innovation.

In both roles, you’ll:

• Model building services using Autodesk Revit across diverse sectors

• Help coordinate services and resolve clashes using tools like Navisworks

• Work in Common Data Environments (CDEs) like BIM 360 / ACC

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and external consultants

• Contribute to design reviews and quality assurance processes

As a Senior BIM Technician, you’ll also:

• Take ownership of modelling tasks and support coordinated project delivery

• Lead internal model reviews and guide junior team members

• Use tools like Dynamo and RF Tools to improve efficiency

• Review and integrate external consultant models

• Support training and knowledge-sharing within the team

What we’re looking for

Whether you’re an experienced technician or looking to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you if you have:

✅ Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP experience preferred)
✅ A strong eye for detail and commitment to model health and quality
✅ Familiarity with BIM coordination tools and workflows
✅ A collaborative, proactive approach to project delivery

Bonus tools/skills:
Navisworks | AutoCAD | Solibri | Dynamo | Microsoft Excel | BIM 360 / ACC
