The Role:
As a Construction Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering state-of-the-art campuses—built with patented cooling technologies, waterless systems, and modular designs that enable rapid deployment and extreme efficiency. You’ll collaborate with elite teams and top-tier vendors to bring complex builds to life, all while driving innovation in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the global economy.

Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end construction projects including ground-up builds, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Manage cross-functional teams and vendors (GCs, A&E firms, commissioning agents, etc.) to coordinate all phases of construction.
Oversee contract administration including subcontracts, change orders, and cost forecasting.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule standards through regular site inspections and reporting.
Drive construction best practices across multiple projects and regions, aligning with company standards.
Report project status and risks to leadership, providing clear action plans and updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience managing large-scale data center or mission-critical construction projects.
Strong knowledge of data center design and construction, including MEP systems and high-density cooling.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel) and construction documentation.
Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
