We are currently working with a boutique engineering consultancy in Guildford looking to recruit an experienced Senior Structural Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, highly collaborative team where your expertise will make a real impact on exciting projects.

The Role:
As Senior Structural Engineer, you will take the lead on a variety of projects across residential, commercial, and light industrial sectors. You will be responsible for producing designs, calculations, and drawings, while also mentoring junior engineers and liaising directly with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead structural design projects from initial concept to completion.

• Produce accurate calculations, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure all work meets current codes, standards, and regulations.

• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and contractors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng/MICE or equivalent).

• Proven experience in structural design and project management.

• Strong technical knowledge of building codes and standards.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency with structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Tekla.

Salary & Benefits:

• £45,000 – £55,000 per year, depending on experience.
