Role Overview
A growing organisation is seeking an experienced Revit Technician to support the production of high-quality structural models and drawings. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and project teams to assist across all stages of design and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage accurate 3D structural models using Autodesk Revit for a range of building projects
Produce detailed drawings and schedules in accordance with UK Standards and project requirements
Work collaboratively with structural engineers to ensure models align with design intent and technical specifications
Coordinate with architects and other consultants to integrate models and resolve clashes
Support the maintenance of BIM standards and contribute to workflow improvements
Assist with documentation for planning, tender, and construction stages
Requirements
Essential:
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with at least 2 years’ experience in a structural environment
Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Desirable:
Experience using BIM coordination tools
Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant software
Familiarity with BS EN standards and BIM Level 2 requirements
