Are you an experienced Construction Design Management Principal Designer looking to make an impact on major infrastructure and data centre projects? Join a leading international consultancy delivering innovative, low-energy design solutions and shaping the future of sustainable built environments.

What You’ll Do as the CDM Principal Designer:

• Lead and manage the Pre-Construction phase in line with CDM 2015 regulations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, coordinating health & safety across multidisciplinary teams.

• Facilitate design risk workshops and produce meaningful Design Risk Assessments.

• Review Principal Contractor documentation and prepare Health & Safety files.

• Conduct site audits, lessons-learned workshops, and ensure compliance at all stages.

What We’re Looking For in a CDM Principal Designer:

• 5+ years’ experience in CDM-focused roles.

• Strong knowledge of UK CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management.

• Experience with data centres or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• NEBOSH Diploma (beneficial) and familiarity with MEP building services.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of British Standards.
