CAD/Revit Technician

Energi People are partnering with a global design consultancy based in Kingston upon Thames who work on projects in specialist engineering areas such as Port and Mining Infrastructure.

Due to a significant uplift in work they require someone who has excellent working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and Revit to join their team on a permanent basis.  The successful candidate must have previous working knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems as well as civil/structural and infrastructure.

Your role will be to: 

• Produce detailed technical drawings and BIM models using AutoCAD and Revit (Structural &MEP).

• Develop, update, and coordinate M&E layouts, schematics, and detailed models.

• Collaborate with civil, structural, and electrical engineers to develop integrated design solutions.

• Assist in preparing layout plans, schedules, and documentation in line with project requirements.

• Maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all technical outputs.

• Support BIM coordination and model management activities as required.

The successful candidate will need to have a minimum of 5 years experience have a strong eye for detail and accuracy.  Excellent communication is also a must.

On offer a salary of between £40,000 to £45,000 with an immediate start.  This is a 100% office based role.
