Electrical Associate Director

Salary: £60,000 per annum + benefits

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Associate Director to lead and expand our client’s electrical engineering team. This is a permanent position based in London, offering a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, ensuring high standards of performance and professional development.

• Oversee pre-construction engineering activities, design development, construction details, and services coordination.

• Develop strong relationships with clients, project teams, and contractors, providing new project opportunities for the company.

• Demonstrate strong technical ability in all aspects of electrical engineering services and design.

• Produce detailed and accurate reports, ensuring excellent attention to detail.

• Manage project costs and produce electrical budgets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years in electrical engineering, with a focus on healthcare, commercial, data centres, residential, and education sectors.

• Chartered or Chartered eligible.

• Proficiency in IES, AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office software.

• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.
