Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Director to lead our Energy Transition projects in Dublin and Cork. This role is pivotal in driving sector growth, leveraging project opportunities, and contributing to the delivery of strategic objectives. As a Regional Director, you will:

• Lead and Inspire: Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of the team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Strategic Oversight: Take strategic responsibility for business and project functions, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

• Client Relationships: Establish and develop strong, trusted client relationships through high-quality project delivery and value creation.

• Technical Excellence: Drive value and innovation in project delivery through technical insights and industry expertise.

• Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, promoting technical excellence and effective succession planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s culture and values across the business.

• Contribute to thought leadership and strategic positioning.

• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Review and prepare fee bids and project reports.

• Ensure technical excellence and rigor in project execution.

• Maximize project profitability and opportunities for new and repeat business.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in top-tier management or strategy roles with relevant leadership, technical, and consulting expertise.

• Degree in Engineering; MSc preferred.

• Chartered Engineer status (MCIBSE or MIEE).

• Proven history of major project delivery in the relevant sector.

• Strong ability to lead, influence, and mentor teams.
