BIM Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects across different sectors, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and deliver a range of projects, ensuring all stages are completed efficiently.

• Manage and support the BIM teams assigned to your projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and Health & Safety regulations.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and project teams.

• Lead the coordination, validation, and delivery of asset data throughout the project lifecycle.

• Organise and chair necessary meetings and information reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.

• High level of proficiency in Revit.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
