Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer with a passion for project management and a knack for delivering high-quality engineering services? Join the Projects Division in London and work on prestigious buildings in the City, Canary Wharf, and the West End.
The Projects Division specialises in engineering services projects within existing buildings. They boast an extensive client list and work within some of the most prestigious buildings in London and other UK regions. Work includes technical performance specifications, tender documentation, project management, and strategic advice on sustainability, energy use, maintenance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical project management and advisory services for building services engineering in commercial and public sector properties.

Produce high-quality reports with clear and concise recommendations.

Present technical information and provide clear communication to clients throughout a project.

Prepare performance technical specifications, evaluate tender submissions, and conduct post-tender meetings.

Manage project finances, prepare contract documentation, and ensure H&S and legislative compliance.

Provide strategic advice to building owners and managing agents on long-term sustainability and energy use.

Ensure projects are carried out within agreed budgets and timescales.

Work within a multi-disciplinary projects team (Mechanical, Electrical, Vertical Transportation, Energy & Sustainability).

Develop and build professional relationships with clients and assist the growth of the business.
Essential Attributes:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Initiative: Ability to work on own initiative and build relationships with clients.

Detailed understanding of mechanical services in buildings, their operation, and control including BMS.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate/Advanced), and AutoCAD Basic (Preferred).

Experience with Consultancy Firm/Mechanical & Electrical Contractor

Experience within a multi-disciplinary projects team
