Graduate Building Surveyor

We’re a nationally respected property consultancy looking for a motivated Graduate Building Surveyor to join our London office. As part of one of the UK’s largest teams of chartered surveyors, you’ll work on exciting projects that impact how people live, work, and learn.

Step into real client-facing projects across sectors like commercial, residential, education, and retail. You’ll help deliver services such as building surveys, condition reports, dilapidations, defect analysis, and more—while learning from seasoned professionals invested in your growth.

Typical Projects & Responsibilities:

• Carry out building surveys, schedules, and inspections with accuracy

• Support contract admin tasks, write specs, attend meetings, and assist procurement

• Contribute to multi-disciplinary projects and learn project lifecycle management

• Help supervise site works and deliver technical property advice

• Engage with clients ranging from universities and developers to high street brands

What We’re Looking For:

• A RICS-accredited degree (minimum 2:2)

• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship

• Curious, proactive mindset and a real interest in property and construction

• Great communicator, well-organized, and keen to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor

• Friendly and presentable, with a can-do attitude
