Site Supervisor – NRSWA | Contract | Slough, Southampton or Poole

 

Are you a skilled Site Supervisor with NRSWA qualifications and a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects?

 

We’re partnering with a leading UK contractor—renowned for over 25 years of excellence in electrical and mechanical engineering—to find a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team.

 

Location: Slough, Southampton or Poole

Contract Type: 3-month rolling

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm (overtime available)

Rate: £300-£350 per day

What You’ll Be Doing:

 

As a Site Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of operatives and subcontractors on a major new LV/EHV contract for a DNO. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing full turnkey project delivery: design, planning, excavation, jointing, and reinstatement

  • Promoting a positive Health & Safety culture and ensuring SHE compliance

  • Acting as the main on-site contact for clients and attending progress meetings

  • Managing materials, logistics, and labour resources

  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring smooth project handovers

  • Providing on-the-job training and supervision

 

✅ What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in project delivery and site supervision

  • NRSWA Supervisor qualification

  • SMSTS certification

  • Strong understanding of CDM regulations and industry best practices

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
