£42,000- £45,000 per annum + car allowance/company vehicle

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bid Writer to join a dynamic Work Winning team based in our London Paddington office. You’ll play a key role in producing winning bid responses, case studies, and project materials that stand out to clients and showcase our expertise.

In this role, you will:

• Develop clear, compelling written content for PQQs and Tenders.

• Collaborate closely with Bid Managers, Coordinators, and Technical teams to bring bids to life.

• Edit, proofread, and ensure submissions meet the highest standards.

• Help deliver exceptional, on-time tender documents that make an impact.

✍️ About You

We’re seeking someone with:

• A background in writing or journalism, ideally with experience in construction or civil engineering.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to tailor content to client needs.

• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to question assumptions, share ideas, and take initiative.
