Manchester | Immediate Start | 6-Month Contract | £38 – £40 p/h | INSIDE IR35

Job Overview:

A major international engineering consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a Contract Senior Structural Revit Technician with a solid background in building structures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience and excellent Revit knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of interesting and technically challenging buildings and structural projects across the Aviation, Mixed Use, and Cultural sectors.

• Projects typically valued at £100m+.

• Mix of remote and office work, with a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in building structures.

• Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Contract Details:

• Rate: £38 – £40 p/h

• Duration: 6 months (Rolling)

• Basis: Inside IR35
