*IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT*
£300 – £350 P/D – CIS
As a Project Manager, you’ll be based in Datchet. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing fit-out and reactive maintenance projects ranging from £20k to £700k. Reporting to the Construction Director, your role will be taking projects from appointment to completion, ensuring on time delivery and bringing them into budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
The candidate must have substantial experience in the interiors sector, ideally with a background in trades such as joinery, drylining, suspended ceilings, general building with some M&E knowledge, you will require to have an excellent knowledge in materials and techniques of various interior systems progressing through your career to a Project Manager position, you will be required to work not only under your own control but also as a team player. You will require excellent communicational skills as the role involves close working with our client base and sub-contractors and be an excellent problem solver.

Cat A & B fit out experience.
Hours of work

07.30am to 17.00hrs (30 mins for lunch)

The role is office/Site Based

We don’t support agile working.

Own transport required.

Live with in one and a half hours of office.
