About the Role
As a Bid Coordinator, you will assist the Head of Submissions and Bid Managers in preparing and producing high-quality PQQ and tender submissions. Your focus will be on ensuring all tender documentation is consistent, error-free, and delivered on time. You will be responsible for editing, proofreading, and creating graphics like flow charts to enhance submissions. Additionally, you’ll maintain essential documents in our management system and support administrative tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate PQQs and tender submissions.

Ensure compliance with company processes and bid-related procedures.

Develop non-technical responses, including case studies, CVs, and references.

Liaise with contributors, ensuring they meet submission deadlines.

Organise and maintain high-quality submission documents.

Support bid progress meetings and provide feedback on submission status.
Who We’re Looking For

Experience working on Civil and Construction Bids.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Effective communicator, capable of working collaboratively with teams.

Experience with document management systems and knowledge management.
