Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day technical delivery of public health design services for multidisciplinary projects across various building sectors.
- Strategic Development: Lead the development of initial strategic concepts, ensuring solutions meet the brief and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Regularly engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a communicative, collaborative, and timely approach to project delivery.
- Project Meetings: Attend client-facing project meetings and effectively translate briefs within the project team.
- Resource Management: Assist the team leader in monitoring fee expenditure, resources, and work delivered.
- Mentorship: Support and mentor apprentices and graduates, fostering the development of the next generation of professionals.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Public Health Engineer, with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in all drainage services, including rainwater and domestic water services.
- Software Skills: Experience with relevant software/tools such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Personal Attributes: Self-awareness, an open mind, and a spirit of generosity.
- Standards Compliance: Familiarity with relevant British Standards.
- Consultancy Experience: Previous experience in a consultancy environment is essential.
