Senior REVIT MEP Co-ordinator

About the Role:

 As a Senior REVIT MEP Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of the project BIM team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Modelling fully coordinated and engineered solutions across all aspects of the project, including plant spaces and distribution.

  • Conducting full clash detection and checking your work and the work of others.

  • Producing Single Service Drawings from the 3D modelled environment.

  • Incorporating comments into both 2D and 3D environments.

  • Mentoring and training less experienced team members.

  • Attending site meetings with clients and raising technical queries.

  • Completing and progressing pre-drawing checklists with the client.

  • Identifying and pricing variation works not contained within our scope of work.

  • Carrying out site surveys.

 

Requirements: 

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services.

  • Proficiency in REVIT, CAD, and Navis.

  • A sound understanding of BIM and the ability to deliver both LOD and LOI requirements.

  • A comprehensive understanding of structural and architectural drawings and the build process.

  • Extensive building services experience, either with a contractor or in the consultancy sector.

  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and design teams.

  • The ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

  • An ONC/HNC qualification.
