What You’ll Do:

• Develop mechanical designs from concept to completion
• Conduct detailed site surveys and feasibility reports
• Prepare AutoCAD drawings and calculations using Hevacomp
• Assist with project specifications, contract documentation, and QA processes
• Attend site inspections and client meetings
• Mentor graduate engineers and support technical development
• Collaborate across mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Ensure compliance with CDM, H&S, and environmental standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 3 years’ UK building services experience
• Qualified to HND level or higher
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and ideally Bentley AECOsim
• Familiar with BIM Level 2 standards and project deliverables
• Knowledge of IES modelling (advantageous)
• CEng or working towards chartership (CIBSE, IMECHE, or IET)
• Strong understanding of project management, QA, and contract administration
• Full UK driving licence
