This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the IT team, including third-party resources, to ensure effective service delivery.

• Information Security: Develop, implement, and enforce a comprehensive Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO27001 standards.

• Project Management: Oversee ICT projects, ensuring all changes are documented and successfully completed.

• Risk Management: Monitor, assess, and mitigate information security vulnerabilities, ensuring long-term risks are managed effectively.

• Policy Development: Manage all IT and information security policies, ensuring compliance and effective communication across the organization.

• Strategic Advice: Provide strategic ICT advice to senior management, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT management and information security.

• Strong knowledge of ISMS, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, and Cyber Essentials.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills.

• Ability to manage ICT procurement and vendor relationships.

• Up-to-date with the latest legislation, regulations, and best practices in information security.
