️ Full-Time | U.S.-Based | Site-Focused with Travel | Remote-First
We’re hiring a Data Center Construction Director to lead the physical delivery of cutting-edge data center facilities in the U.S. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of CSA and MEP construction — from early site mobilization through commissioning — working at the intersection of world-class design, high-density infrastructure, and fast-paced execution.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, can lead diverse teams, and has a proven track record delivering mission-critical environments on aggressive timelines.
What You’ll Do

Civil/structural/architectural (CSA): earthworks, foundations, seismic steel, façades
-
Mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP): MV substations, UPS, immersion/liquid cooling, busways, fiber
-
-
Direct and manage all CSA & MEP contractors, enforcing safety, schedule, and cost targets
-
Align construction execution with hardware density and thermal design requirements
-
Oversee all quality control, inspections, and commissioning readiness
-
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, deployment, ops) to ensure clean handoffs
-
Proactively identify and resolve construction risks and bottlenecks with rapid-response strategies
✅ What You Bring
-
10+ years of experience in data center, hyperscale, or large industrial construction
-
Completed at least one high-density facility from groundbreaking to handover
-
Strong knowledge of both CSA and MEP systems, including mission-critical cooling and power
-
Ability to read and challenge engineering drawings across disciplines
-
Deep understanding of construction safety, contract negotiation, vendor management
-
Familiarity with commissioning protocols and QA/QC standards
-
U.S.-based, with willingness to travel to project sites as needed (50%+)
What We Offer
-
Competitive total compensation (base salary + equity)
-
Full health, dental, and vision insurance
-
401(k) or retirement plan with company contribution
-
Generous PTO and holidays
-
Remote-first culture, with access to WeWork or offices in key U.S. locations
This is a U.S.-based role. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and willing to travel regularly to active project sites.
