What You’ll Do:

• Lead structural design projects from concept to completion across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

• Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure designs comply with current codes, standards, and regulations.

• Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver practical and innovative solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng/MICE or equivalent).

• Proven experience in structural design and project leadership.

• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with structural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar).

Salary & Benefits:

• £45,000 – £55,000 per year, depending on experience.
