Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager
Salary: £45,000 + bonus
Location: Horsham
A well-established and global Property Management Consultancy is currently recruiting for a Residential Facilities Manager to join their team taking on a regional role covering seven sites in Bournemouth, Brighton, Horsham and occasional visits to Bristol.
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the provision of hard and soft FM services, statutory health & safety and compliance and management of the wider portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and legal requirements.
- Ensure high standards of cleaning, repair and presentation are achieved and maintained within property budgets
- Review service partner performance
- Oversee the planned and preventative maintenance programme, developing an appropriate strategy for the property
- Monitor activity and update Property Manager on new occupiers, space being vacated, building works
- Prepare the first draft of the Service Charge budget
- Monitor Service Charge expenditure and ensure all Contract and Purchase orders are raised and managed as per process and policy
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- IOSH and/or NEBOSH
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Self-motivated and excellent interpersonal skills
- Full, clean driving license
- Fully IT literate
- Understanding of the section 20 consultation process
- Proven Residential Facilities Management experience – AIRPM or equivalent industry recognised qualification preferred
Working Hours – 09.00 – 17.30
