£60,000 to £65,000

Senior Civil Structural Engineer (Maritime)

A civil/structural practice with a heavy influence in the maritime sector requires a Senior Civil Structural Maritime engineer to assist with a number of recent wins.

This firm is involved with major projects across the UK and are looking for a Senior Civil Structural Maritime Engineer who has significant experience in civil and structural design (steel and concrete).  Any maritime experience would be looked upon favouribly.

The successful Maritime Engineer must have a good understanding of civil/structural design and will be degree qualified.  Ideally applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a maritime engineer.

Engineers without direct Maritime experience, but have solid heavy civil design experience (bridge, tunnel, temporary works, underground structures etc…) will still be very much considered.

This opportunity has come around due to a number of significant project wins, therefore the right individual can start immediately.

Your role will be to act a technical lead on projects whilst manging and mentoring more junior staff within the business.  For the right candidate this role will lead into a more senior role within the business where you will have input into the future direction of the organisation.

Hybrid working can be offered for this role, however not fully remote.

For more information on this role please contact Nick Rothery at Energi People.
