Mel joined Energi People as a Managing Consultant in the Business Services sector, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Throughout her career, she has worked in various industries, Including Administration and, more recently, the fire and security sector.

Mel’s main responsibility is to recruit talent within the Business Services sector across the UK, primarily in the building services division of construction. She handles a wide range of support service roles, including Office Managers, HR specialists, H&S Specialists, Finance and marketing professionals. Her objective is to build and nurture strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring that the right people are matched with the right opportunities in this vital sector.
