Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Documentation: Prepare designs, calculations, specifications, and tender documentation.

• Site Visits: Conduct surveys, attend meetings, and inspect installation works.

• Reporting: Create detailed reports, meeting minutes, and other related documentation.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as 2D AutoCAD, RELUX, Amtech, and have an understanding of 3D Revit.

• Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated with regulations and standards, and review contractors’ designs and proposals.

• Project Management: Set design strategies, agree on solutions with clients and project teams, and manage project outputs effectively.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal team members to meet deliverables and promote the company positively.
