Job Title: Property Administrator (Part time)

Base Location: Remote in the UK
Salary: £13-£15 per hour
Working Pattern: 6-Month Initial Contract | Part-Time – 22 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the property management team.

Serve as the main interface between the property management team and the business.

Engage with 3rd party contractors and internal staff for legal compliance testing (e.g., legionella testing, fire risk assessments).

Manage the property mailbox and field queries from the business.

Administer COINS for 3rd party expenditure related to property works.

Maintain and control the Property Master schedule and Legal Compliance database.
What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in Administration, preferably in Facilities or Property Management.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Nice to Haves:

Experience with maintenance contracts and scheduling software.

Commercial property experience.

Knowledge and experience working with building surveyors.

Budgeting and forecasting skills.

Resource and demand planning expertise.
