About the Role:

Are you passionate about quality and love breaking things to make them better? We’re looking for a Test Analyst to join our growing QA team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and performance of our software solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and system specifications to develop effective test strategies and cases
• Execute functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing
• Document defects clearly and work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Create and maintain test documentation and contribute to test planning
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Identify and suggest improvements to testing processes and tools

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a Test Analyst or QA Tester
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and defect lifecycle
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Effective communicator and team player
