The Opportunity: We are seeking a talented Principal/Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Manchester team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and support the delivery of electrical design services for a variety of projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.

Your Role:

• Lead the technical delivery of electrical design services for multi-disciplinary projects.

• Develop initial strategic concepts, ensuring compliance with briefs and regulatory standards.

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaborative and timely project delivery.

• Attend project meetings and communicate project briefs to the team.

• Monitor fee expenditure, resources, and work delivery.

• Mentor and support apprentices and graduates.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role.

• Proficient in modern technical delivery processes and relevant software/tools (e.g., BIM, Revit, Electrical OM, Dialux, Relux).

• Experience working with clients, contractors, and architects in a design-oriented role.

• Self-aware, open-minded, and generous in supporting others’ development.
