Role Overview: 

As a Junior MEP Revit Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in our project delivery team. You will be responsible for producing coordinated modelled solutions, incorporating changes, and preparing both 2D and 3D drawings. Under the guidance of a senior team member, you will ensure the seamless integration of MEP systems within our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce coordinated modelled solutions for elementary areas.

• Generate SSDs and end sheets from the 3D modelled environment.

• Incorporate changes to the coordinated 3D services model.

• Prepare and update 2D drawings.

• Apply BIM data to the model and raise technical queries.

• Liaise with clients and design team members to ensure project success.

Requirements:

• Experience in the building services environment, particularly with Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health services.

• Proficiency in Revit and a general understanding of Navis.

• Ability to annotate drawings to Accord standards.

• Knowledge of ventilation systems, mechanical services, electrical containment, and public health systems.

• Basic understanding of BIM deliverables and principles.
