Are you a Civil Engineer passionate about making a real impact through innovative and sustainable design? We’re looking for a talented individual to join one of our clients vibrant Leeds team, working on exciting local projects that shape the future of the city and beyond.

Our client is an independent, employee-owned built-environment consultancy. Now with a number of offices across the UK and Ireland, it delivers civil, structural, transport, geotechnical, environmental, and heritage engineering services.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a diverse civils team, collaborating with engineers and technicians across various experience levels. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your technical expertise and project management skills while supporting and mentoring apprentices and graduates. Their projects include high-profile developments, healthcare facilities, education sector initiatives, and more — many within walking distance from the office!

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong technical knowledge with a focus on drainage design

• Experience in concept and detailed design of sustainable drainage systems

• Proficiency with Civil 3D for drainage networks

• Confidence liaising with authorities and multidisciplinary design teams

Bonus Skills:

• Flood risk assessment experience

• Bulk earthworks and highways design knowledge

• Experience coordinating within multi-disciplinary teams

You’ll be actively progressing through a recognised professional institution training pathway (ICE or CIWEM), supported locally and through dedicated learning programs.
